High-quality salon design: reclaimed wood look in the salon “Bei Freunden”

Very high-brow salon design is what sets the “Bei Freunden” hair salon apart in Kempten, Germany. All of the decor was made to measure by a carpenter and made using SUN WOOD decor //TYROL 02.

The combination of sunburned wood with raw steel combines tradition with modernity for its own edgy look. This balancing act is evident in the reception area with a floating counter and at the salon desk with a solid table top in a reclaimed wood style.

Tongue and groove boards as well as wood panels were used in the three-ply construction. Small details like turned furniture feet are the icing on the cake.
