We combine superior wood designs with construction grade substrates such as our three-layer panels: using innovative printing and surface treatment, we give the multilayered glued solid wood panels the unique look and feel of original reclaimed wood or precious wood. To make it, the three-layer panel surface is chipped and brushed by hand and the desired decor is then applied directly to the wood. Whether it be the design of an alpine chalet from the Austrian Alps or precious oak decor, SUN WOOD three-layer panels are ideal for wall and ceiling paneling, store fitting and trade fair construction.
3-layer panels are not warp-free. For a distortion-free design, these must be sufficiently strongly glued or screwed. As a suitable balancing act, we recommend the following alignment fitting, for example: “HETTICH plastic alignment fitting”

At SUN WOOD, we think in terms of dimensions and reproduce woods from all over the world in exceptional sizes. Our largest three-layer panel in the range is 6000 x 2050 x 19 mm. Of course, you can also order our panels in any other format and thickness.
Note: Separation cuts and cuts with notification (veneer or ABS edges possible).
SUN WOOD design for creative floors
Whether you’re after a rustic alpine chalet or an old gym look, the sky is the limit with SUN WOOD for creative floor design. Our three-layer panels for a temporary floor can be installed quickly and easily with a four-sided groove and external tongue, making them ideal for trade fair, event and store fitting construction. The surface is slightly brushed so the natural wood look and feel remains even with the protective coating. A matching baseboard is available for each of our decors. Also compatible with underfloor heating.
